Privacy Policy
NeuralAccel Corp — Effective Date: May 1, 2026
Open Beta Notice: CloudClawer is currently operating in Open Beta. While we apply the same data handling principles described in this Policy, certain features, retention periods, and operational controls may evolve prior to General Availability (GA). We will update this Policy and notify registered users of material changes before GA launch.
1.Introduction
NeuralAccel Corp (“CloudClawer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the CloudClawer platform — a cloud-hosted infrastructure layer that provides AI agent execution, credential injection, mediation, and governance services (the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information in connection with your use of the Platform and our website at www.neuralaccel.com.
This Policy applies to all users, including developers, businesses, and their end users who interact with AI agents running on the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the practices described herein.
2.Information We Collect
2.1 Account and Billing Information
When you register for an account, we collect:
- —Name and email address
- —Organization name (if applicable)
- —Payment and billing information (processed by our payment processor; we do not store raw card data)
- —Account credentials (passwords stored as one-way hashes)
2.2 Platform Usage Data
As you use the Platform, we automatically collect:
- —API request metadata (timestamps, endpoints called, response codes, latency)
- —Agent task logs (task identifiers, execution status, error messages)
- —Resource utilization metrics (compute time, memory, network I/O per task)
- —IP addresses and user agent strings for security and abuse prevention
- —CloudClawer container session metadata
2.3 Customer-Provided Credentials
Customers may provide third-party API keys, tokens, and credentials to the Platform for injection into agent tasks. CloudClawer's security model is centered on controlling and auditing access to credentials:
- —CloudClawer enforces access controls that restrict which agents, tasks, and tenant accounts may retrieve or use a given credential
- —Credentials are encrypted in transit via TLS 1.2 or higher
- —Credentials at rest are stored with encryption using AWS KMS-managed keys
- —Access to credentials is logged and auditable
- —CloudClawer does not share credentials between tenant accounts
Customer Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the security, validity, scope, and lifecycle of any credentials you provide to the Platform.
2.4 Agent Task Content
Inputs and outputs of AI agent tasks executed on the Platform may be logged for debugging, audit trails, and service reliability. Task content is treated as Customer Data (defined in Section 5).
2.5 Communications
If you contact us via email or support channels, we retain those communications to respond to your inquiry and improve our services.
3.How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- —Provision, operate, and maintain the Platform
- —Authenticate users and enforce access controls
- —Inject credentials into authorized agent tasks as instructed by you
- —Generate invoices and process payments
- —Monitor platform health, detect abuse, and respond to security incidents
- —Send transactional notices (service updates, billing, security alerts)
- —Improve platform reliability, performance, and features
- —Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your data to train AI models, sell to advertisers, or share with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
4.Data Retention
- —Account information: Duration of account plus 90 days after deletion
- —API request metadata and task logs: 90 days
- —Billing records: 7 years as required by applicable law
- —Customer credentials: Deleted within 30 days of account termination
- —Security logs: 12 months
5.Customer Data and Data Processing
You retain all ownership of and responsibility for Customer Data. CloudClawer processes Customer Data solely on your behalf and as directed by your use of the Platform.
6.Sub-Processors and Third Parties
- —Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud infrastructure
- —Payment processor — billing and subscription management
- —Email delivery provider — transactional email
We do not sell Customer Data to third parties.
7.Data Security
We implement industry-standard measures including:
- —Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+)
- —Encryption at rest via AWS KMS-managed keys
- —Tenant isolation
- —Access logging and audit trails
- —Network isolation via VPC
- —Role-based access controls
8.Your Rights and Choices
You may have rights including access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection. California residents have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA. Contact us at [email protected].
